Elvin Mannheimer: There's no such thing as the Mafia. It's called organized crime and part of their income is from gambling. Why it is illegal is beyond me. It is a totally harmless vice. The only time it becomes "illegal" is when the cops don't get paid off and the government doesn't get any tax money from it. The lottery can bankrupt someone just as quickly as football bets, so why is it still legal?
