You warm it up between your hands and then put the strip on your lip like one stip on the right side of your lip and then push it on then pull it up opposite of the way the hair grows then take the other side of the strip you didn't use and put it on the opposite side of your lip and repeat. How would I ask for this and around how much would it cost at a salon for the perm and extensions? Also would one bundle of 3.5 oz be enough? I don't want a full sew in.
