Barton Sease: I just tried https://webmd.im/verispy last year to see if I could Locate my birth-father. My bio father left me when I was 7, and has refused to be a part of my life since. I grew up with my bio Mother and Step-father. I have only ever talked to my biological father a couple times until now. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his first name, last name, and the street address of a previous address he used to have. When the search results came back based on the minimal info I had, It pulled up a recent address along with even a phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my biological dad) was there, and he said no but to try back after 5. I haven't done anything with the info, But I found what I was wanting to have....Show more
Pattie Vold: You pay for the entire re carpeting. New upon move in, all damage is attributed to you. Urine stains sink! down to the padding and destroy the wood underneath. Your lucky you are not being charged for replacing that also

Shon Almquist: For the best answers, search on this site https://smarturl.im/aDLCNOnly a criminal record will show up. The sentencing should not show up. If a a record (conviction) is found, It is public record and is available if searched for.
Lady Laflin: Urine smells and will continue to smell in carpet for a long time. It is not just about appearance, but about odor.
Robin Weelborg: there? They said they are not comfortable with this but she works from home, is there any way I can show the property to potential tennants?
Nelly Kikuchi: 1
Elvin Weichbrodt: YES. READ your lease and then sit down with tenant and the lease. Doesn't matter whether she's comfortable with it or not, you have right to do it, but you must give her notice. Work out some agreement with her,! it is an inconvenience to her and her work and her life. If ! she is uncooperative, the place will be a mess and she'll glower at anybody coming in. Get some common ground--you have the right to show it, but you want to be as least disruptive to her as possible. Work with her on solutions.
Jarrod Darnall: Was wondering the same thing

Fermin Tara: your carpet was new when you moved in... your dog tore up part of it --- all of the carpet is one uniform color, isn't it? If only one portion is replaced, then there is no way to have it completely match because even if the same color (name of color) carpet from the same manufacturer, they would still be from different dye lots & also are aged differently....the only way to get a proper match would be to replace all of the carpetIn addition, you mention she says urine damage & you say no obvious stains... there is other urine damage.... urine in the pad below the carpet & urine smell... If you can't say with 100% certaintly that there is NO urine at all (staining or not) then you need to be responsible for that as wellSorry, b! ut I agree with the LandLord on this issueFirst you say that your dog D! ID PEE on the carpet & you even added that you cleaned up the urine spots... then you try to say there is no dog pee on the carpetEven though you SAY there is no pee on the carpet... the truth of the matter is that your dog peed on this carpet.... and even though you cleaned it up... it is still there.... use one of those ultraviolet light systems & you will see exactly what I meannow... imagine the next tenant has a child that is young & still crawling... how do you think that tenant would feel about their baby crawling around on carpet that a dog peed on? What about tenants that are highly allergic to animal urines.... believe me... someone who is allergic like I am.... all they have to walk in the door & their throat starts swelling up when residue from animal urine is there... Steam Cleaning doesn't even get it outSorry... the FACT is that your dog did pee on this carpet --- that carpet was brand new when you moved in... and would have "normal wear" if your dog has not ! damaged it (in one place) and peed on it (in many places)Pay for the carpet.... this is the price you pay for allowing your dog to pee on the carpet...Show more

Veta Slicker: Now, if someone decided to take a piss in your car would you want the entire upholstery replaced, or would cutting out a hole with the piss and patching it be OK with you?If you allowed your animal to piss on the carpet you need to replace the carpet, the entire thing. This is not about being nice. Your animal pissed in the house, ruining the carpet, you need to make that right. If someone elses animal was to piss on your things you would not be thrilled about it and would expect them to do the right thing too....Show more

Debora Soliani: i replaced into in this project in Chico, Ca and it replaced into portion of the settlement/employ. i replaced into given 24hr be conscious before there replaced right into a showing or an open abode. they often! confirmed the abode once we were no longer there. both way, try to be ! notified 24hrs in strengthen before they enter the abode. What i do not recognize is how the present landlord can proceed the employ 9 months if the abode sells. The previous landlord won't be able to make resources for the hot landlord.
Norma Marsalis: I am not from that area, but what I may suggest is checking the local papers in that area, or call a local Real Estate office in the area, they sometimes have their own rentals available. Carter Dewater: You'll need to have their permission, and be sure to give plenty of notice. It's also nice to give a courtesy reminder before you just show up with prospective tenants.Remember, you wrote the contract, and as a landlord, you should know what rights you AND your tenant have. If you need to reference that information, check out your local library, or you can go to your state's website and s! ee if they have that information there. I've found it's just as easy to go to the library--usually trying to find anything on a state website is like searching for treasure, time consuming and not very rewarding.
Augustus Sarria: The very worst background screening company. Securitec Screening. A bunch of crooks and liars
Damion Oleksa: Does your lease contain a right of access? If so, under what conditions? The only guaranteed access you have is in an emergency, as in where life or property are in peril. If your lease contains the right to show the apartment, you still have to honor your tenants right to quiet enjoyment. This means you both have to compromise. She has as much right to work undisturbed as you have to show the place to prospective tenants (assuming the lease allows for this).Agree on times and days for the place to be shown. For instance, Saturdays from 12:00 to 4:00 and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00. This way you know exactly when you ! will be able to show the place and she can live and work uninterrupted.! ...Show more
Jonie Lauria: The manager is trying to make me pay for the entire apartments carpet when damage is only done in one place(the tearing out of carpet). she is stating the carpets need to be replaced because of urine damage. There is no obvious stains. The carpets were new when i moved in about a year ago. Instead of a deposit i have made an animal bond (the manager isn't quite so nice).
